Felix Wetzel

Felix Wetzel, Marketing Director at Jobsite, is responsible for the direction of all marketing activity for the site and all the brands in its portfolio. Felix focuses on providing the Jobsite organisation with vision and leadership. He continuously explores the market and looks for new opportunities and new ideas and aims to ensure Jobsite continues to be the most successful online recruitment company in the UK – providing both the recruiter and jobhunter with a service that is second to none and that continues to evolve to meet all their recruitment needs.

Felix brings with him extensive experience in marketing and journalism. Prior to joining Jobsite in September 1999, Felix worked as marketing consultant at E-strategy Consultant, looking after clients such as Europe’s largest online auto retailer, AutoScout24, and HypoVereinsbank, Germany’s second largest bank, to support the company’s e-banking launch.

From 1992 until 1999 Felix held a number of marketing and multimedia positions including two years as head of Internet & Multimedia at Schmitz Kommunikation, Germany’s leading magazine and book publisher. Other roles include marketing consultant at Trendbüro, working with brands such as Philipp Morris and Beiersdorf and research at GIM Market Research. He spent nine years working with several German media organisations including radio, TV and print media such as VH-1 and Voice Magazine.
